Japan’s Southern Islands

We are now on the homebound leg of our trip, but Diamond Princess still has so much more to offer!

We have left Japan, and now we are in Keelung - the Gateway to Taiwan.

We continue our journey through the Southern Islands with a stop in Ishigaki - the main island of the Yaeyama Island Group.

After two days at sea, we have made it to our first stop: Naha, the capital of Okinawa Prefecture on Okinawa Island.

About 890 nautical miles lie in between us and our first port-of-call in Okinawa. In the meantime, we took to enjoying the offerings aboard the Diamond Princess .
