Resorts World ONE Relocation Cruise | Day 3: Phu My, Vietnam (for Ho Chi Minh City)

Today we visit Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam with Resorts World Cruises’ Resorts World ONE.

After a day spent ploughing through unseasonably rough weather, Resorts World Cruises’ Resorts World ONE has brought us to Phu My, Vietnam - our Gateway to Ho Chi Minh City. We arrived early in the morning, and were treated to a beautiful sunrise.

For most shore excursions, the main meeting point would be the Zodiac Theatre on Deck 7 AFT. Remember to put on the sticker you’re given! It identifies you as part of your tour group. While waiting at the theatre, take the chance to use the washrooms, as the drive into town takes around 1.5 to 2 hours.

And when all guests are present and formalities completed, follow the Shore Excursions Team Members, who will guide you to your tour bus!

Our Day in Ho Chi Minh City

We had lots to see, eat and do in Ho Chi Minh. But the icing on the cake would be how stress-free the experience was. As we were on a Shore Excursion offered by the ship, we did not have to worry about travelling back to the ship on our own. And with the possibility of less-than-ideal traffic conditions, not having to worry about missing the ship gave us a real worry-free time.

Back Aboard RW1: Barbecue Night

Back aboard the ship, the culinary team was preparing for tonight’s big Barbecue! Held on the Pool Deck onboard, it was food galore! Lot’s of options from chicken wings, prawns and steak.
